And then there were two...

I would say I can't believe it's so long since I last posted, but actually I can believe it! My new loom arrived just over 3 weeks ago, after travelling up from Christchurch, and after having to dismantle it to get it into the studio, and then remantling it and sorting out some tweaks - I am weaving! It's a very beautiful Mecchia Bambino - 32" wide, 16 shafts, compu dobby. I thought I'd start with something relatively simple to get the hang of it, but have ended up juggling 3 shuttles for a polychrome crackle weave for 3 tea towels. So very different from my AVL, but am loving it already.
